Many women and AFAB individuals seem to still think that archiving orgasms are hard, or for some even impossible. Some might find them to be quit a mystery, and questing what an orgasm even feels like. Having an orgasm doesn't have to be complicated or hard. Certain methods have proven that everybody can orgasm. I've spend the past years researching the best ways to gain orgasms, and how to reach full body orgasms to enter an orgasmic state.

In orgasm training you will learn breathing techniques to manifest and guide your sexual energy through your body. You will get tools and exercises to investigate your own body and learn the techniques from the leading women in the field. Together we will look at you and your bodies needs to gain a satisfying sex life.

We will also dive into any sexual beliefs, shame or trauma that you might have experienced in the past, which might still have an effect on your ability to let go.

Orgasms are a combination of muscle contractions and energy. All of which is located in your body. When we learn to become more embodied and disconnect our minds, we can get to the state needed for achieving orgasm.

I work with your mind and body as a whole, and will further asses your level of sexual knowledge and provide you with any sex education needed to better understand your body and its functioning. You can expect to receive home assignments, techniques and/or holistic supplements.
